1. Advance Payments

  • All advance payments or deposits made to initiate a project are non-refundable once work has started.

  • If a project is canceled by the client before any work has commenced, a partial refund may be considered, subject to administrative charges.

2. Service-Based Refunds

  • Website Development, E-commerce, and Design Projects: Refunds are not available once design, coding, or development work has begun.

  • Digital Marketing & SEO Services: As these services rely on ongoing efforts and third-party platforms, refunds are not provided once the service period has started.

  • Paid Advertising (Google, Meta, etc.): Ad spend paid directly to third-party platforms is non-refundable. Our management fees are also non-refundable once campaigns are live.

3. Project Cancellation by Dashmalav

  • In rare cases where Dashmalav is unable to deliver services due to internal reasons, a fair refund will be issued based on the stage of work completed.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and approvals.

  • Delays or incomplete inputs from the client’s side will not be grounds for a refund.

5. Dispute Resolution

  • In case of dissatisfaction, we encourage clients to first reach out to us so we can attempt to resolve the issue through revisions, adjustments, or additional support.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our official email within 7 days of raising the concern.

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Consultation fees

  • Domain name registrations, hosting, and third-party software purchases

  • Completed deliverables (such as websites, designs, or marketing campaigns)
