  • Project initiation fees and advance payments are non-refundable once work has started.

  • If a project is canceled by the client before work begins, a partial refund may be considered based on administrative costs.

  • In case of service dissatisfaction, we encourage clients to contact us directly so we can resolve the issue.

  • Dashmalav reserves the right to cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a fair refund will be provided.

3. Payment Policy

  • Payments must be made as per the terms agreed in the proposal or contract.

  • Delay in payments may result in suspension of services until the balance is cleared.

  • For recurring services (like SEO, ads management, or hosting), payments must be made in advance to avoid disruption.

4. Service Delivery Policy

  • All services will be delivered according to the agreed scope, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Any additional requirements outside the agreed scope will be treated as new work and may involve additional costs.

  • Delays caused by lack of client inputs, approvals, or content will not be the responsibility of Dashmalav.

5. Intellectual Property Policy

  • Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables (such as websites, creative assets, or campaigns) will be transferred to the client.

  • Dashmalav retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.

6. Confidentiality Policy

  • All information shared by clients is kept strictly confidential.

  • We may sign NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) if required.

  • Confidential information will never be disclosed without written consent.

7. Disclaimer

  • While Dashmalav strives to deliver the best results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as search engine rankings or sales figures, as these depend on multiple external factors.
